ApplAI consults and implements advanced AI technologies in large enterprises, government agencies, and high-tech companies. The company is growing and expanding its client base.

The Role: We are looking for a business oriented builder. A brilliant Industrial Engineering / Information Systems student with a genuine passion for AI to join our implementation team. The role combines business-operational understanding with technical capabilities (focusing on logic and Low-Code tools) and includes direct work with the founders and strategic clients. Work takes place at the company's offices in Tel Aviv or client sites (Central District). Hybrid work will be possible based on project needs.

What will you actually do?

• Build & Implement (Hands-on): Analyzing business processes, developing automation workflows and AI Agents using advanced Low-Code tools (n8n, Relevance AI, Make). Connecting systems (API Integration) and building smart business logic.
• Prompt Engineering & Data: Planning and designing user-LLM interactions—writing, testing, and refining complex prompts for maximum accuracy; cleaning and organizing data to prepare it for models.
• Field Support: Joining AI workshops at client sites, providing real-time technical support to participants, and solving on-site challenges.

Who is this for? A student enthusiastic about technology in general and AI in particular, looking to learn how to manage strategic projects, work with CEOs and VPs, build direct client relationships, and generate rapid value from technology.

Job Requirements:

• Student: 1.5–2 years remaining until graduation (availability for 50–100 hours per month).
• Technical Background: Proven experience (including personal projects) building AI-integrated automations (e.g. Make, n8n, Relevance).
• Instruction Experience: Advantage for those with a background in instruction/command/public speaking. Ability to explain technology to non-technical people.
• Excellent English: High-level reading, writing, and prompt formulation skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to meetings/workshops at client sites in the Central District and Tel Aviv (Must).
