Fabrix is a young, fast-growing, AI-native startup building an Identity Visibility & Intelligence Platform that helps security teams understand who can access what, how, and why – across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise systems.

We’re tackling one of the hardest and most impactful problems in identity and cyber security, using modern data platforms, graph thinking, and real AI in production. We’re looking for a Backend Engineer (Python) who wants to help build and lead the core of the product as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Build End-to-End Product Features

• Design, implement, and ship backend features using Python, from initial research to production.
• Own features end-to-end: problem definition, technical design, implementation, testing, and iteration.
• Build APIs and backend services that directly power customer-facing product capabilities.

Do Real AI Development

• Build AI-powered product features, not demos:
• Prompt design and orchestration
• Agent-like workflows
• Evaluation, grading, and quality measurement
• Combine deterministic logic, data, and LLMs to produce reliable and explainable outcomes for security users.

Research, Iterate, and Lead

• Research new approaches to identity and access analysis and AI-assisted security workflows.
• Prototype quickly, validate ideas with real data and users, and turn successful experiments into production systems.
• Take technical ownership and help shape engineering practices as the team and product grow.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience in:
• A cloud SaaS company, or
• A relevant army / defense technology unit
• Strong Python skills and experience building production systems.
• Experience delivering end-to-end features used directly by customers.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a strong academic institution, or equivalent practical experience.
• High ownership, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI / LLM-based systems
• Background in security, identity, or cloud platforms
• Experience with data-intensive or multi-tenant systems
