The Role
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to build the automation and intelligence layer of our go-to-market engine.
This is not a classic RevOps or Sales Ops role. You won’t be focused on reporting, forecasting, or tool administration. Instead, you’ll act as a builder and architect of AI-powered workflows, agents, and GTM systems that transform product signals, inbound demand, and market data into real-time, high-quality actions for our Sales, Growth, and Partnerships teams.
You’ll operate at the intersection of AI, data, product usage, and revenue execution—designing systems that decide who should work on what, when, and why, and automating everything that doesn’t require human judgment.
What You’ll Build
- AI-powered workflows and agents that qualify, route, prioritize, and enrich leads and accounts in real time
- Signal engines that translate product usage, intent data, and inbound activity into clear GTM plays
- Automated GTM pipelines that connect PLG motion with assisted sales and partner motion
- Smart routing and prioritization logic that maximizes AE and BDR productivity
- Custom automations and integrations that eliminate manual work across the GTM stack
What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy AI-driven GTM agents that monitor product, CRM, and intent signals and trigger next-best actions for Sales, Growth, and Partnerships
- Build automated workflows that handle lead qualification, enrichment, scoring, routing, follow-ups, and handoffs without human intervention
- Translate product usage and PLG signals into revenue plays (expansion, upsell, rescue, ABM, partner activation, churn risk)
- Architect and maintain custom integrations and APIs across CRM, data platforms, enrichment tools, sales engagement, and internal systems
- Prototype and productionize new GTM automations using scripts, low-code/no-code tools, and AI models
- Partner with Product and Growth to turn in-app behavior into real-time GTM triggers
- Continuously experiment with new AI tools and approaches to improve speed, quality, and scalability of revenue execution
- Define and optimize productivity systems for AEs, BDRs, and Partner Managers (task automation, prioritization, sequencing, intelligence feeds)
- Ensure GTM systems are reliable, observable, and designed for scale - not just short-term fixes
Who You Are
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience building automation, workflows, AI agents, or GTM systems in SaaS, Growth Engineering, RevTech, or Revenue Engineering roles
- You think like an engineer first, operator second - you build systems that run themselves
- Strong technical skills: APIs, webhooks, scripting (Python/JS), data pipelines, and automation platforms
- Comfortable working deeply inside CRMs, data tools, sales tech, and product analytics platforms
- Excited about AI agents, LLMs, and automation frameworks, and actively experimenting with them
- You enjoy turning ambiguity and messy signals into clear, automated, scalable systems
- You naturally partner with Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Product, but stay focused on building, not managing
- Impact-driven: you care about time saved, deals influenced, and productivity unlocked, not just dashboards delivered

- AEs and BDRs start their day with a prioritized, AI-curated action list, not a blank CRM
- Leads and accounts are enriched, scored, routed, and triggered automatically
- Product signals consistently drive upsell, expansion, and rescue plays
- Manual GTM work is systematically eliminated every quarter
- New GTM motions can be launched in days - not months
