This is a temporary position for maternity leave (8-month contract)

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the Company’s quarterly and annual consolidated Financial Statements, in accordance with the USGAAP.
• Responsible for the company’s tax return reports, for both Israel and the US subsidiary.
• Act as Israel tax and financial reporting expert.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the bookkeeping staff.
• Own the accounts payable function, including dispute resolution, and A/P Aging review.
• Leading the monthly and quarter-end closing, monitoring the bookkeeper’s staff, and reviewing their reconciliations.
• Act as primary liaison between local audit and tax teams
• Supporting the implementation of the new ERP system (NetSuite), assisting the data migration, and taking part in designing the finance procedures in the new ERP system (Procure to pay, manufacturing, costing, etc.)
• Working closely with the operation team to set costing procedures for the inventory items.
• Other assignments that may arise at the discretion of financial leadership.

Qualifications

• Certified CPA

Requirement

• Previous experience in accounting and payroll
• CPA after an internship in one of the big 4 firms
• 2 years of experience following internship- an advantage
• Experience with Israeli and US payroll- an advantage
• Experience with NetSuite - an advantage

Other requirements (computer skills, languages knowledge etc.)

• Proficient in Office applications, especially in Excel- must
• Proficient knowledge of US GAAP
