About the Role:

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with dashboards and analytics experience to join a fast-growing startup with an established product and a design foundation. 

You will take ownership of designing new features as the product scales, while also refining and improving existing experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, balancing forward-looking feature design with thoughtful UX improvements driven by real user insights.

You will work closely with product and development teams, and take ownership of the product’s visual and user experience from concept to implementation.

This position requires occasional international travel (Amsterdam), especially in the early stages, to collaborate on initial concept creation.

Responsibilities:

• Create initial product mockups and conceptual designs
• Design intuitive and effective user experiences (layouts, views, interactions)
• Develop high-quality assets for the development team
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth handoff
• Design and animate graphs and data visualizations
• Contribute to landing pages, websites, and marketing visuals as needed



Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proven experience designing dashboards and data-driven interfaces
• Ability to perform user research and define user flows
• Strong skills in designing website and landing page concepts
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite apps (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Experience working with developers and understanding of technical handoff best practices
