About the role:
- Day-to-day management and professional leadership of the sourcing team
- Training, mentoring, and continuous development of team members
- Using advanced AI tools to identify and source top tech talent
- Monitoring quality, pace, and achievement of sourcing targets
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in tech sourcing – Must
- Previous leadership or management experience – an advantage
- Experience working in a software house – a significant advantage
- Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and AI-based recruitment solutions
- Highly organized, proactive, and strong leadership capabilities
