🚧 We’re hiring: Senior Backend Engineer (Automation & Infrastructure) 🚧

We’re building a new technology arm inside a public construction & real estate group – and we’re looking for a senior, hands-on backend engineer who lives and breathes automation, crawling, and complex systems.

This is not a standard backend role.

• Designing and building high-scale automation systems
• Developing data crawlers for complex, dynamic websites
• Deep work with Playwright / Puppeteer, DOM changes, JS-heavy flows
• Integrating with real-time data and external systems
• Working in a unique Design Partner + Sandbox environment with real production data
• Building core infrastructure from the ground up

• 5+ years of backend experience
• Proven work in high-scale, production systems
• Strong architectural understanding (cloud, databases, infrastructure)
• Hands-on experience with web automation & scraping (Playwright / Puppeteer – must)
• Experience with WebSockets, network traffic, complex integrations
• A true team player who enjoys building things from zero
