Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in growing altshare’s most important asset — our people.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing fintech company, own end-to-end recruitment processes, and directly influence altshare’s candidate experience and employer brand.

What you’ll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across R&D, Product, Operations, and Corporate teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and build tailored recruitment strategies.
• Write and publish job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process end to end.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
• Collaborate on HR and employer branding initiatives to strengthen altshare’s presence in the market.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a tech or fintech environment.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and hands-on sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
