Junior IT System Administrator

IT System Administrator Full‑Time, On‑Site (Afikim) 

This role is a professional opportunity for IT professionals with hands‑on experience, looking to expand their expertise in modern system administration across local and cloud environments. The position is based at our HQ in Kibbutz Afikim and requires full on‑site presence, 5 days per week. You will work in a dynamic global environment, supporting international teams and contributing to the stability and growth of our technological infrastructure. 

Role Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and monitor servers, systems, and critical IT infrastructure to ensure ongoing operational continuity. 
• Provide technical support to local staff and remote global users, ensuring timely and professional issue resolution. 
• Manage and update technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base materials. 

Who Is This Role For? 

• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in IT System Administration or advanced Help Desk roles. 
• Individuals with strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365. 
• Professionals experienced in VMware virtualization environments. 
• Candidates with solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs. 
• English‑proficient communicators. 
• Service‑oriented team players with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
