A successful global tech startup in Ramat HaHayal is looking for an Assistant Controller.

An opportunity to join a young, dynamic, and high-growth company and take on an interesting and challenging role reporting to the Controller.

Full-time position in Ramat HaHayal – Tel Aviv, with hybrid flexibility and excellent conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Preparing financial statements according to US GAAP.
  • Managing tax compliance and the preparation of tax reports.
  • Collaborating with global subsidiaries to ensure financial alignment and reporting accuracy.
  • Liaising with external auditors, banking institutions, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • CPA – Mandatory requirement.
  • Big 4 background, preferably from the High-Tech practice, or significant experience auditing global technology firms.
  • Proficiency and experience with US GAAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills and professional fluency in English.
  • A self-driven and proactive professional who excels in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
