About Us
We are a high-growth AI-first company building the INSAIT platform, empowering customers to deploy advanced conversational AI agents. As we expand globally, we're building our sales engineering function to support our growth and help customers understand the transformative potential of our platform.
We are seeking a founding Solutions Engineer to establish and lead our sales engineering function. You'll be the technical backbone of our sales organization, partnering with Account Executives to demonstrate INSAIT's capabilities, design solutions for prospects, and build confidence that we're the right choice. This role requires equal parts technical expertise, strategic thinking, and consultative selling skills as you support our global sales operations from discovery through close.
- Partner with sales team as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs and use cases
- Design and scope AI agent solutions that address customer business challenges
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence requests
- Build and maintain a library of demo environments, proof-of-concepts, and technical assets
- Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans
- Articulate INSAIT's technical differentiation and competitive advantages
- Identify and communicate product gaps or feature requests to Product and Engineering teams
- Develop sales engineering processes, best practices, and enablement materials
- Support contract negotiations by addressing technical concerns and requirements
- Build relationships with prospect technical stakeholders and champion our solution internally
- 5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles
- Strong technical background with ability to quickly learn and demonstrate complex platforms
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or conversational AI technologies
- Proven track record supporting B2B SaaS sales cycles, especially in enterprise environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills—ability to engage both technical and business audiences
- Solution-oriented mindset with ability to think creatively about customer challenges
- Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance questionnaires
- Strong understanding of enterprise software integration, APIs, and technical architectures
- Self-starter who can build processes and function from scratch
- Comfortable working across global time zones and with remote sales teams
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments (preferred)
- Background in AI/ML, NLP, or related technologies (preferred)

You should be passionate about AI technology, naturally consultative, and skilled at translating technical capabilities into business value. This is a founding role where you'll shape how we sell, what we build for demos, and how we position ourselves technically in the market.
