Rephana.ai (Stealth) is building enterprise infrastructure for large US health systems in a domain where clinical operations, risk, and compliance collide, and where today’s tooling is still surprisingly manual and fragile. We’re seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to partner with the Technical Founder (CTO) and own the commercial and capital strategy, turning deep discovery into a repeatable enterprise engine.
Compensation & stage
This is a co-founder seat: meaningful founder equity.
We are equity-first until the initial round is raised.
What you own
- Commercial Leadership: Own executive relationships with US health systems and the path from interest to paid pilot to enterprise rollout. You know how to navigate complex buying centers across CMIO, CIO, Safety & Quality leadership.
- Capital Strategy: Own fundraising end-to-end (Pre-Seed → Seed). You drive the narrative, pipeline, investor relationships, and process discipline.
- The US–Israel Bridge: Be the primary interface between US market reality and the R&D team, ensuring ruthless commercial focus and fast iteration.
- US Presence: Frequent travel to the US (and comfort living in the buyer’s world, not “checking in” remotely).
Non-negotiables
- Provider-Side DNA: You have personally closed and deployed enterprise software into US IDNs. You understand the buying physics of large hospital systems.
- Thesis-Level Selling: You can sell a high-stakes vision and earn trust before the product is fully GA.
- Network Access + Navigation: You can reach and operate within clinical, informatics, quality, and IT leadership structures without needing a map.
- Founder-Grade Grit: High ownership, low ego. You will do early “grunt work” (targeting, outreach, follow-up) while building the long-term strategy.
Not a fit
- Experience exclusively in Pharma, Med-Device Hardware, or D2C wellness.
- Pure sales-only profiles that don’t own a capital strategy, positioning, and company-building.
- “Consultant mindset” (advice without execution ownership).
- Looking for a “Country Manager” or “VP Sales” role. This is a CEO seat.
