We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Team Lead to join our growing software group. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, architecture ownership, and close collaboration with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.

You will lead by example, take ownership of complex systems end to end, and help shape both the technical direction and the engineering culture.

🔧 What You’ll Do

·      Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Full-Stack engineers

·      Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems

·      Own architecture decisions, technical standards, and best practices

·      Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps on planning and execution

·      Drive code quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability

·      Stay hands-on across backend and frontend development

·      Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback

✅ Requirements

·      Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production

·      Proven experience with MongoDB, including large-scale databases

·      Intermediate experience with React and or React Native

·      Experience building and maintaining distributed systems

·      Strong understanding of software architecture and system design

·      Ability to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on

·      Strong communication and collaboration skills

⭐ Advantage

·      Experience with Next.js

·      Experience with testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E)

·      Familiarity with RabbitMQ or other message brokers

·      Experience deploying and maintaining apps in the Play Store and App Store

·      Experience with Webpack and build optimization

·      Basic understanding of Web Components or LitElement
