Our platform supports organizations responsible for trillions of dollars in annual commerce, requiring an infrastructure that is both impenetrable and highly scalable.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Core Team Lead to guide a high-impact team of DevOps and Software Engineers. This is a strategic role where you will not only lead people but also define the standards, tooling, and infrastructure patterns that power our entire global operation.

What You’ll Do

• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and support a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous growth.
• Strategic Roadmap: Play a pivotal role in roadmap planning—from initial architectural design and project inception to deployment and long-term maintenance.
• Operational Excellence: Balance engineering velocity with production stability, ensuring timely delivery of infrastructure improvements.
• Standardization: Build and implement best-of-breed tools and processes that serve as the blueprint for other DevOps squads across the organization.
• Architecture & Design: Participate in high-level architectural decisions, focusing on modernizing practices for maximum agility and performance.
• Hands-On Contribution: Maintain a 20-30% hands-on involvement in complex technical tasks and high-level problem solving.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive unified DevOps methodologies throughout the entire technology stack.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a proven track record of mentoring technical teams.
• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in large-scale production environments.
• Cloud Mastery: At least 3 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) on AWS or GCP.
• Kubernetes Expert: Deep experience with K8s and its broader ecosystem.
• DevOps Methodologies: Strong proficiency in GitOps, Helm, deployment patterns, and advanced CI/CD implementation.
• Infrastructure as Code: Expert knowledge of tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, or OpenTofu.
• Networking & Security: Solid understanding of network concepts and experience with WAF (Web Application Firewalls).
