Senior QA Architect

A leading tech company is looking for a Senior QA Architect to join their team and lead the quality strategy for a large-scale OSS platform. In this role, you will define and implement QA processes, oversee manual and automated testing, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high standards of software quality across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead integration and quality efforts across multiple OSS components and interfaces
• Define and manage QA processes, promoting a quality-driven culture
• Set the overall testing strategy and select appropriate tools for integration and regression testing
• Champion an automation-first mindset and collaborate with developers to ensure code is testable and observable
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and drive continuous improvement
• Track CI/CD quality metrics and maintain dashboards
• Guide decisions on test environments, mocks, and test data

Requirements:

• 7+ years in QA roles, including hands-on automation experience
• Strong understanding of networking and large-scale systems
• Proven experience leading testing on web-based applications deployed on Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and system-level debugging
• Experience with AI technologies in testing is a plus
• OSS testing or ETL process experience is advantageous
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
