The Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our operations in Petah Tikva. You will serve as a vital bridge between our international staff and the company, ensuring a smooth employee experience from arrival to project completion.

Your primary focus will be navigating the complexities of international mobility, specifically managing visa processing through PIBA and coordinating comprehensive health insurance for our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Visa Management: Lead the end-to-end B/1 work visa process, including initial applications, expert worker permits, and renewals with the Population and Immigration Authority (PIBA).
• Health & Benefits: Manage and coordinate health insurance for international staff, ensuring all employees are fully covered and understand their benefits.
• Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for international employees, assisting with onboarding, life-cycle history, and day-to-day HR needs.
• Administration: Ensure all employee data and documentation (contracts, visa history, assessment records) are organized and accurately maintained.

Qualifications & Skills

• Languages: Hebrew, professional English, and Spanish are mandatory.
• Experience: Proven experience working with foreign workers or managing international visa processes in Israel.
• Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of Israeli labor law and PIBA procedures.
• Attributes: High level of organization, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, government authorities, and employees.
