Supply Chain Manager / PMO

A global defense-technology company in Holon is seeking a Supply Chain Manager / PMO for a newly established and highly impactful role, working directly with the VP of Operations.

This is a full-time position, with the option to work one day from home after the first three months.

About the Role:

This position leads cross-organizational projects within the Supply Chain and Logistics domains, driving analytical decision-making, operational optimization, and structured project execution. The role requires close collaboration with multiple departments and serves as a key operational partner to senior leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain and logistics projects, from planning to execution, sometimes concurrently
• Work in a fully project-based operating model
• Perform deep analytical and data-driven evaluations to support strategic decisions
• Improve processes, streamline methodologies, and solve complex operational challenges
• Coordinate daily interactions with multiple internal stakeholders
• Develop methodologies, procedures, and operational workflows
• Present insights, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

• Experience in PMO, Project Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
• Exceptional analytical skills and strong numerical comprehension
• Ability to independently drive multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong technological orientation and experience with data systems and analytical tools
• Excellent communication skills, including confident presentation abilities
• Native-level English – mandatory
