Machine Learning Engineer

A Creative Technology startup developing and operating subscription-based digital content platforms.

The company delivers end-to-end solutions for creators worldwide, supporting a wide range of professional profiles and content needs, and serving a rapidly growing global user base.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, near the light rail, offers a hybrid work model (two days per week from home), and employs hundreds of people globally, including hundreds in Israel.

The role

• Be part of a product-oriented ML team with a strong focus on user experience and product impact.
• Design, research, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms from idea to production.
• Work with Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including research and implementation of advanced technologies.
• Develop and apply multimodal models and LLM-based solutions (prior LLM experience not required).
• Focus primarily on recommendation systems, search, and interactive search.
• Work with diverse data types, combining multi-modality approaches.
• Handle a mix of classical ML tasks alongside advanced problems such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Allocate time approximately 70% research and 30% development.
• Take models from research to production deployment, including scalable ML pipelines.
• Work with large-scale systems and big data, from inception to production.
• Core technologies: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Python, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, GPUs, AI Pipelines, Big Data, RAG, Multimodal Models, AWS / GCP (Vertex AI, SageMaker), Large-Scale Production Systems.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with proven production deployment of ML models.
• Broad knowledge of ML algorithms and domains, including leading large-scale research initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, GPU-based computation, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud ML services such as Amazon SageMaker and Vertex AI Pipelines, including architecture design.
