Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of the company and two additional high-growth startups within the group. This is a dual-impact role: managing a large-scale, established international operation while simultaneously providing the financial leadership and strategic fundraising guidance required for cutting-edge startups.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial executive with a proven track record in the Hi-Tech sector, capable of managing large teams and overseeing complex, multi-national financial structures. In addition to finance, you will also hold strategic responsibility for the Information Systems (IT) department.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Direct all financial activities for the group, including financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
• Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Capital & Fundraising: Lead capital raising efforts, manage relationships with investors, handle complex loan structures, and oversee grants from the Israel Innovation Authority (Chief Scientist).
• Operations & Costing: Manage global costing, cash flow optimization, and international tax planning across multiple jurisdictions.
• IT & Systems Management: Provide strategic oversight for the Information Systems department, ensuring the organization’s tech infrastructure supports its financial and operational goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a large finance department, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a CFO in the Hi-Tech industry is mandatory.
• Scale: Previous experience managing financial operations for companies with a turnover of at least tens of millions of USD.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and managing large teams.
• Global Reach: Strong background in working within multinational companies, managing complex global entities.
• Education: CPA or a Master’s degree in Economics / Business Administration (MBA).
• Languages: Native-level fluency in Hebrew and excellent professional English (written and spoken).
