Product Designer - Founding Team

We are a stealth-mode cybersecurity startup on a mission to redefine how organizations protect their greatest asset—and their weakest link: the human element. Traditional security focuses on firewalls and code, but we focus on people. Our innovative platform combines two powerful worlds into one seamless experience:

1. Measurement & Simulation: Allowing security teams to simulate sophisticated attacks (phishing, social engineering, impersonation) to identify organizational vulnerabilities.
2. Interactive Education: A video-based training engine that uses real-world scenarios and AI to educate employees based on their specific risk profile.

By merging human psychology with cutting-edge AI, we help organizations transform "human risk" into "human resilience."

The Role

As our first Product Designer, you will have a seat at the table from day one. You won’t just be "making things look pretty"—you will be responsible for defining the visual language, user journey, and the overall product strategy of a complex, dual-sided platform. You will work directly with the founders to turn raw ideas into intuitive, high-impact security products.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Design Vision: Own the entire design lifecycle, from initial wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity UI and handoff to engineering.
• Bridge the Gap: Design a seamless transition between the "Admin/Security" side (data-heavy, analytical) and the "Employee" side (engaging, educational, video-centric).
• Build the Foundation: Establish and maintain our Design System from scratch to ensure consistency as we scale.
• User-Centric Discovery: Conduct user research and testing to understand the psychological triggers of security awareness.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Product Management and R&D to balance technical feasibility with world-class user experience.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in Product Design (UI/UX), preferably within the Cybersecurity or SaaS domain.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex workflows and create clean, modern aesthetics.
• Founding Mindset: Experience in an Early-stage startup. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Full-Stack Designer: Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of UX principles, prototyping, and visual design.
• Product Thinking: You don’t just execute tasks; you challenge assumptions and think about the "why" behind every feature.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
