Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Tel Aviv-Yafo for an Event Producer. The Event Producer will manage all aspects of planning and executing art-focused events, including coordinating with artists, suppliers, and clients; supervising event setup and logistics; managing budgets; and ensuring the seamless execution of events. Responsibilities also include developing creative event concepts, overseeing project timelines, and maintaining high standards in alignment with the EDEN brand. The position will require international travel at times.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning, Event Management, and administration.
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight specific to event production.
• Proven ability in Project Management with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders and managing relationships effectively.
• Fluency in English and an additional language is an advantage
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with contemporary art and cultural event production is a plus.
• Availability to work on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo, and internationally, occasionally during weekends or evenings, as required by events.
