Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Startup, Corporate Transactions and M&A Lawyer based in Tel-Aviv Israel. The role involves providing legal counsel and expertise in corporate law, handling complex transactions, assisting in mergers and acquisitions, and advising clients on regulatory compliance. Additionally, the lawyer will draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts, as well as provide strategic guidance to clients on financial matters related to corporate operations and deals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial transactions
• Proficiency in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and financial regulations
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deliver client-focused solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary legal team
• A license to practice law in Israel
• Previous experience in a corporate law law firm and/or top law school
