Human Resources Generalist (6 Months Maternity Leave Replacement)

Benatav, a leading manufacturer of miniature components for the medical device industry, is seeking an HR Generalist for a 6-month maternity leave replacement, with an option for extension, to join our HR team in a meaningful and dynamic role.

This position offers the opportunity to be part of an advanced, stable, and growing organization, with hands-on responsibility across Human Resources and employee lifecycle management, alongside recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Providing ongoing HR support: onboarding, employment documentation, employee records, probation tracking, welfare support, and HR administration.
• Working closely with hiring managers, offering professional guidance throughout recruitment and beyond.
• Managing relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and external vendors.
• Working with advanced HR systems, including CIVI, Synerion, Michpal+, and Monday.
• Supporting cross-organizational HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, including phone and in-person interviews – mandatory.
• Experience working with HR and time & attendance systems – mandatory.
• Relevant academic education in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Russian – an advantage.
• Strong Office skills, especially Excel.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site role in Petah Tikva
• High level of organization, independence, and strong interpersonal skills.
