Web Application Product Manager - Hilan

Hilan, a leading Israeli software company, is seeking a Web Application Product Manager.

The company develops advanced technological solutions and complex Web and Mobile systems for human capital management, serving some of the largest and most influential Enterprise organizations in the market.

The role includes:

Product management and team leadership, managing interfaces and ongoing collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders, task prioritization and allocation, leading status meetings, translating business and organizational needs into work requirements, working with customers including problem analysis and task definition, delivering training sessions, and writing specification documents as part of ongoing work.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or another relevant field
• At least two years of experience as a Product Manager
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team, including professional leadership and people management
• Familiarity with SQL Server- mandatory
• Experience with Web systems- mandatory
• Strong technical understanding, ability to hold professional discussions with developers, previous development background is a significant advantage
• Experience with SaaS systems- significant advantage
• Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies- advantage
• Familiarity or experience with UI and UX- advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills
