Senior Industrial Designer

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Industrial Designer to join our core team and take a key role in designing complex, patient-specific medical solutions.

In this role, you will lead advanced 3D design processes, translate clinical and surgical requirements into precise geometries, and work directly with international medical professionals. You will be deeply involved in real-world clinical workflows, manufacturing constraints, and cutting-edge AI-driven planning tools.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Tel Aviv office.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end 3D design of patient-specific surgical solutions

Translate clinical, anatomical, and surgical requirements into accurate and manufacturable designs

Work directly with international surgeons, medical engineers, and MedTech partners

Ensure high standards of geometric accuracy, design quality, and clinical relevance

Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment combining AI, surgical planning, and advanced 3D technologies

Take ownership of complex design challenges from concept through production readiness

Who You Are

Senior-level Industrial Designer with 2+ years of professional experience

BA/BDes in Industrial Design or equivalent

Mastering of 3D mesh design tools 

Proven ability to work independently and lead design processes end-to-end

Experience working with international clients and stakeholders

Fluent English – written, spoken, and professional communication

Highly self-motivated, fast learner, and strong autodidact

Detail-oriented, precise, and comfortable working under time and quality constraints

Hands-on, proactive, with a high sense of ownership and accountability

Strong Advantage

Experience in medical devices, MedTech, or healthcare products

Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflows

Understanding of operating room environments and surgical procedures

Experience with patient-specific products, surgical guides, implants, or 3D-printed medical solutions

Knowledge of advanced manufacturing or 3D printing processes
