A leading financial institution is looking for a Product Ops Engineer to join a newly formed team within the Digital Division, operating in an advanced enterprise environment with multiple digital products.

📍 Location: Petah Tikva | Full-time | Hybrid

🎯 About the Role:

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and infrastructure, focusing on monitoring, measuring, and continuously improving the technological health of digital products.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Define technological metrics and KPIs (quality, stability, performance, DevOps metrics)
• Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring solutions for digital products
• Write complex queries and perform data analysis (SQL / monitoring tools)
• Work with monitoring tools such as Grafana / Splunk / Datadog (Splunk experience is not mandatory)
• Create alerts, perform ongoing monitoring, and derive action items for development teams
• Conduct post-mortems after incidents and track lesson implementation
• Work closely and daily with Product Managers and Developers
• Own end-to-end product monitoring and technological health
• Maintain a knowledge base documenting dependencies and system relationships

🎯 Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in analytical / technical roles (Product Ops, Product Analyst, BI, DevOps Analytics, Monitoring)
• Strong ability to write complex queries (SQL or similar)
• Experience working with monitoring systems and dashboards (Grafana / Splunk / others)
• Proven technical capabilities – scripting and automation skills; advantage for Python / Java
• Solid understanding of system architecture and infrastructure
• Strong product orientation and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
