Project Manager – Deployable Platforms & Systems #1166

Techmer, a subsidiary of MER Group, specializing in the development and manufacturing of military, defense, and tactical communication systems, is seeking a Project Manager for a meaningful and challenging role at the heart of the defense industry.

The role involves end-to-end management of technical and engineering projects for mobile and deployable platforms, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, and leading complex project processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in building price quotations based on specifications and special requirements
• Ongoing collaboration with Marketing and Engineering teams to gather project requirements and implement solutions
• Preparation of work plans, including budget management and schedule control
• Leading design reviews and customer meetings for project presentation and approval
• Managing meeting summaries and follow-up on action items
• Procurement tracking in coordination with the Production Planning department
• Management of subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing technical / engineering projects – mandatory
• Experience in defense companies or military environments – a significant advantage
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with military customers and suppliers
• Strong understanding of engineering content within projects
• Experience preparing technical specifications and bills of quantities (CDR, PDR)
• Experience working with Priority, Agile, Visio, and MS Office (including Excel and MS Project)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High-level English proficiency, including technical English
