AI Architect / Senior Data & Software Infrastructure Engineer
About the Role

We are seeking a senior technical leader with strong vision, deep engineering expertise, and a passion for building the next generation of advanced AI infrastructures.

This role is part of a leading technological unit, operating in complex, mission-critical environments.

You will design and lead end-to-end AI systems, from infrastructure and hardware layers through data platforms, agentic systems, and AI-powered applications — all within secure, high-performance environments, and in close collaboration with advanced R&D teams.

• Design and lead end-to-end AI architecture, from hardware and infrastructure layers to application, agent, and model layers
• Lead the development of AI Agentic Systems and the implementation of advanced protocols (e.g., MCP – Model Context Protocol)
• Design, build, and lead Data Engineering platforms, including:
• Complex ETL pipelines
• Data management for model training and inference
• Work with SQL, NoSQL, and Vector Databases
• Integrate advanced AI capabilities into existing (legacy) systems, while meeting strict security, reliability, and performance standards
• Build scalable, flexible architectures enabling observability, continuous improvement, and zero-downtime updates
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and cross-functional multidisciplinary teams

• 5+ years of experience in software development and distributed systems architecture
• Proven experience designing On-Prem and/or Cloud infrastructures, including hardware optimization for AI workloads
• (GPU, networking, storage)
• Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering and ETL design
• Deep understanding of modern AI technologies, including:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Agentic workflows and systems
• Frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar
• B.Sc. (or M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field
• Strong technical leadership, independence, and ownership mindset

• Experience working with defense organizations, technological units, or security-driven industries
• Experience in secure, air-gapped, or restricted network environments
• Background in Embedded Systems or Edge Computing
