BettingJobs is partnering with our client, a leading technology brand within the iGaming industry, in their search for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team based in Cyprus.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Advise on a wide range of international legal matters, including investments, strategic partnerships, and complex commercial arrangements
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-value, cross-border contracts with global counterparties
- Support transactions involving significant financial exposure, fees, and long-term commercial risk
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to senior stakeholders across the business
- Identify legal and regulatory risks and deliver pragmatic, business-focused solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant international laws, regulations, and industry frameworks
- Liaise with external counsel and advisors across multiple jurisdictions as required
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with strong experience in international commercial law
- Proven track record of negotiating complex, high-value agreements
- Experience supporting cross-border transactions and global stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
- Experience within technology, gaming, or regulated industries is highly desirable
- Confident communicator with the ability to operate at senior executive level
