We are seeking a Team Leader for the group responsible for the design of warheads and explosives. This role involves leading a skilled engineering team and managing complex projects.

The position includes:

• Leading and managing the team

• Managing projects in the field of explosives

• Developing work plans and monitoring progress

• Preparing budget estimates

The team is responsible for:

• Designing and developing various types of warheads for all IAI products

• Calculating rocket performance

• Preparing production and assembly drawings

• Writing technical specifications

• Developing test plans

• Supporting field tests

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerodynamics – required

• Master’s degree – advantage

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warhead or explosives design – required

• Experience with CAD software – required

• Experience in rocket performance calculations – advantage

• Experience in analysis and simulations – advantage

• Project management experience – advantage

• High-level English skills (speaking, reading, writing)
