Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales/Back Office role located in Israel. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing inquiries, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Responsibilities include order processing, preparing quotations, addressing customer concerns, managing inventory coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to support operations and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in client communication, customer service, and relationship management
• Experience with sales processes, order management, and sales administration
• Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and data entry tools
• Attention to detail, organizational aptitude, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluency in English and Hebrew; other languages are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the distribution/logistics industry is an advantage
