Senior Rust Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a deep passion for low-level engineering and systems programming. In this role, you will architect and build high-performance command-line utilities and complex data-processing engines from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Systems Development: Design and maintain high-efficiency CLI tools and data pipelines.
• Data Engineering: Implement advanced workflows for document parsing, structural data extraction, and layout intelligence.
• Normalization & Export: Build systems that transform and normalize data across diverse formats for seamless export and integration.
• System Optimization: Ensure all software meets the highest standards of reliability, memory efficiency, and execution speed.
• Architectural Collaboration: Work with engineering peers to define interfaces and streamline multi-stage processing environments.
• Code Excellence: Deliver clean, rigorously tested, and well-documented systems-level code.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record in senior-level roles.
• 4+ years of hands-on expertise in systems programming (e.g., C, C++, or Rust).
• Deep Computer Science Foundations: Exceptional understanding of algorithms, data structures, and complex logical problem-solving.
• Production Mastery: Proven experience in shipping production-grade software that is scalable and maintainable.
• Environment: Strong proficiency and comfort working in Unix/Linux ecosystems.

Bonus Points (Advantages)

• Experience developing high-end Command-Line Tools (CLI) and utilities.
• Familiarity with complex document structures and formats (PDF, HTML, XML, JSON).
