Job Description:

• Control, operation, and maintenance of various energy production facilities to ensure compliance with customer pipeline requirements and to maintain production reliability in line with agreed budget targets.
• The role requires shift-based work to support 24/7 site operations.
• Close collaboration with the ROC (Remote Operation Center) in monitoring plant operations and improving performance.
• Acting as an emergency technician, responding to on-site and off-site emergencies and supporting the incident manager in implementing site emergency plans as required.
• Ongoing work within a control room environment, monitoring parameters such as temperature and air pressure.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of safety regulations in an industrial plant environment.

Requirements:

• Graduate with a professional certification or degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
• Hands-on technical experience in an industrial or plant environment (through internships, military service, technician roles, plant operations, or practical training) – required.
• Demonstrated exposure to shift-based or on-call operational work in a 24/7 environment – highly preferred.
• Strong willingness to perform hands-on operational duties, including equipment operation, troubleshooting, and on-site emergency response.
• Very high level of English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shift schedules.
• Basic understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) regulations and operational safety standards.
• Experience working as part of a production / operations team within a process or industrial plant – an advantage.
