We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional to drive sales and ensure our clients thrive. If you love building relationships, closing deals, and making a real impact in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

• Lead inbound and outbound sales conversations with potential customers
• Run online demos, screen-sharing sessions, and product presentations
• Onboard new customers and guide them through successful implementation
• Build strong, long-term relationships and manage ongoing customer success
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base
• Work closely with product and leadership teams to improve customer experience

• Proven experience in sales, customer success, or customer-facing roles – required
• Experience with phone-based sales or consultations – a strong advantage
• Strong computer skills and confidence using digital tools
• Background in accounting, finance, fintech, or working with SMBs – a major advantage
• Ability to present, sell, and train using screen-sharing tools
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
