Brand Manager – Nirlat

Nirlat, Israel’s leading company in the paints and coatings industry, is seeking a Brand Manager for a meaningful role in brand management within a dynamic manufacturing environment, at the company’s offices in Netanya.

This role involves end-to-end responsibility for brand management, with a strong focus on marketing execution, process leadership, and close day-to-day collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing brand management: in-depth understanding of the market, consumer, and competitive landscape
• Leading product development processes from concept through launch
• Planning, managing, and executing marketing activities in line with the annual marketing plan
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and execution

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Brand Manager in a manufacturing or importing company – mandatory
• Proven experience leading marketing projects and cross-functional processes
• A relevant degree in Business, Economics, Marketing
• Strong analytical orientation and ability to work with data
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple internal stakeholders
