We are seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain for a leading global industrial company. This is a strategic role that involves leading the entire supply chain operation: production and demand planning, procurement and supplier management, logistics and global distribution, as well as customer service and operations worldwide.
The position will lead cross-organizational processes, drive company growth, and work closely with senior management to ensure products reach customers on time, with high quality, and at optimal costs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in global supply chain and operations in a complex, multinational environment, in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, procurement, logistics, and service operations.
- High analytical and execution skills, with experience in ERP systems and planning systems.
- Experience in a large-scale B2B company with overseas factories.
- Excellent communication and interface management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
- Full proficiency in English.
