We are seeking a Delivery Excellence Lead for a financial organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with technology and business management groups to drive process and organizational excellence in a Scaled Agile environment
- Lead and promote Delivery Excellence practices across development teams
- Improve performance and productivity of development teams through continuous process optimization
- Lead delivery processes as part of a large-scale organizational transformation
- Implement advanced tools, automation, innovative working methods, and metrics-based monitoring using dashboards
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in project management within an Agile-based technological environment
- Experience leading Delivery Excellence initiatives, process improvement, and transformation programs
- Experience working with Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies
- Experience working with development, infrastructure, and product management teams
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management / information systems / a relevant field - an advantage
