Leading Boutique Financial Services Group | Tel Aviv

A well-established and growing boutique financial services group is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and rebuild its marketing strategy across multiple business lines.

This role offers a rare opportunity to take full ownership of marketing in a high-quality, regulated environment, work closely with senior management, and build the marketing function almost from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, content, digital, media, PR and campaigns
• Hands-on execution: content creation, campaign management, vendor management and production
• Own and develop all digital assets: website, social media, newsletters and content platforms
• Initiate and lead strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Work closely with senior leadership as a strategic partner
• Ensure marketing activities comply with regulatory and compliance requirements (with legal support)

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience in a strong, well-recognized Israeli brand
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, including hands-on execution
• Solid experience in digital marketing: performance campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM and content
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
• Highly motivated, proactive, collaborative and results-oriented

Strong Advantage

• Background or familiarity with financial services, investments, capital markets, pension or insurance
• Experience in B2C brand building within regulated industries

Additional Details

• Full ownership of the marketing function, including strategy, tools and vendor selection
• No direct team management initially, with potential to build a team over time
• Office-based role in Tel Aviv (full-time, with some flexibility)
• Direct reporting to the CEO and close collaboration with senior management
