Vice President of Products

A fast-growing global technology company redefining the way organizations make data-driven decisions. Our advanced Observability platform automates log analysis and telemetry data, originally designed for R&D and DevOps, and is now evolving to serve as a central business intelligence tool for CS, Product, Support, and Account Management.

With over 500 employees globally (Israel, US, Europe) and a recent significant funding round, we are doubling our revenue YoY and expanding our global footprint.

The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CPTO, you will lead a robust global product organization (Product Managers, Design, and Documentation). This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal scaling point, where you will not only shape the product vision but also structure the organization, methodologies, and culture.

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between a strong, engineering-led culture and a maturing product organization, building trust, and driving execution.

What You Will Do

• Lead & Scale: Manage and mentor a global team of ~30 professionals (including Group PMs, Design, and Docs) across Israel and London.
• Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap, moving the platform from a technical tool to a holistic business solution.
• Bridge Building: Act as an "Internal Salesperson"—build strong partnerships with R&D, creating consensus and trust with veteran engineering teams.
• Methodology: Establish uniform work methodologies and best practices across diverse teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Business Impact: Support high-velocity sales cycles involving large-scale enterprise deals ($1M+ ARR), ensuring the product delivers value that converts and retains customers.

What We Are Looking For

• Domain Expertise (Must): Deep experience in Observability, DevTools, APM, or Cloud Infrastructure. You understand the DevOps and R&D personas inside out.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing product teams.
• Experience managing managers (Directors/Group PMs) in a global setting.
• For Rising Stars: We are open to a highly experienced Director ready to step up, start by managing a cluster, and grow into the full VP scope.
• Technical & Business Balance: Strong technical acumen to engage deep-tech engineering teams, combined with the business savvy to lead Go-to-Market strategies and customer engagements.
• Personality: Humble, Smart, Hungry (in that order). You are a team player who leads without ego but with relentless drive.
• Execution Oriented: You don't just plan; you make things happen. You know how to navigate complex organizations and drive change sensitively but effectively.
