Field Application Engineer

The FAE will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to our customers, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our products into their systems.

This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication

skills, and the ability to work closely with customers to understand their

needs and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the application and integration

of Electronics products.

· Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for

customers.

· Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored

solutions.

· Assist in the development and execution of product evaluation and testing plans.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product performance and functionality.

· Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback on product improvements

and enhancements.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive

products.

· Support the marketing team in the creation of technical documentation, application

notes, and case studies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the test and measurement

industry.

· Strong technical knowledge of RF/uW signal generation, AWG, and digitizer

technologies.

· Proficiency In programming languages such as Python and MATLAB.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical

issues.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information

to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Willingness to travel for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events (up to

20% travel).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with wireless/RF/digital broadcasting applications in communications and radar

fields.

· Extensive knowledge about instrumentation programming (VISA, LabWindows, LabVIEW) and

interfacing (GPIB, Network, LXI, PXI, VXI, etc), ATE system integration, and

DSP techniques.

· Proficiency in using and understanding test and measurement equipment, including spectrum

analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and digitizers.
