Instructional Designer

Elevation is an impact learning and training company focused on solving the global talent shortage. We do this by offering Academy as a Service solutions that help organizations upskill and reskill existing employees, as well as train new talent for in-demand roles. Through hands-on, practical learning experiences, Elevation works with companies to build job-ready skills at scale, training tens of thousands of learners across a wide range of professional and technological domains.

We are looking for an Instructional Designer who will design, develop, and enhance learning experiences that drive real learner engagement and business impact. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning and eager to apply AI tools in instructional design.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and improve learning programs from concept to delivery, ensuring a strong and effective learner experience.
• Develop and maintain instructional content for both synchronous and asynchronous learning, including presentations, syllabi, learning activities, assessments, and video-based modules.
• Create and manage self-paced digital learning content within an LMS environment.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to support and enhance content creation and learning design.
• Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create tailored learning solutions for diverse audiences and organizational needs.
• Apply instructional design principles and iterate on content based on learner feedback, data, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, EdTech, or a related field.
• Experience in instructional content development, including presentations, video, and multimedia assets.
• Experience developing video-based learning content.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and learning design.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality, well-structured learning materials.
• Creative and collaborative mindset, with good communication skills.
• We work in a hybrid model, with offices in Tel Aviv.
