A growing Fintech company in Tel Aviv is looking for a CPA with firm background to lead as Head of Israeli Tax Product

Hybrid position in Tel Aviv.

Job Description:

• Professional leadership of the Israeli tax domain (corporate and individuals).
• Responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and professional implementation of accounting and tax processes within the system.
• Direct work with strategic clients to characterize needs, initiate new features, and provide complex tax solutions.
• Adapting the product to regulatory changes, legislation, and tax updates.
• Cross-functional work in a technological environment, bridging the tax and business worlds.
• Professional management and leadership of a team, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in Israeli taxation (corporate and individuals) - Mandatory!
• Experience from a small/medium CPA firm - Significant advantage.
• Ability to handle complex tax issues and lead solutions.
• Connection to the technological, AI, and automation worlds - Significant advantage.
• Business orientation, motivation, and the ability to lead processes.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients.
