We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a key role that combines end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects with strategic customer management and business growth.

This position requires proven ability to lead full project lifecycles with R&D/Product teams and customers, strong business thinking, and a focus on increasing project profitability through Upsell/Cross-sell.

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery, including timeline planning, resource management, and budget control
• Work closely with R&D and Product teams: translate business needs into technical specifications (Specs), prioritize backlog tasks, and manage risks
• Ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with customer SLA commitments

• Serve as the main focal point for customers on both technical and commercial matters
• Manage customer expectations, resolve escalations in real-time, and build long-term relationships
• Lead status meetings, present deliverables, and manage steering committee sessions

• Identify opportunities to expand activity within existing accounts (Account Expansion)
• Define and sell additional features, development hours, or complementary services based on customer needs
• Negotiate commercial terms for contract expansions and Change Requests

• Write clear and professional requirement documents, SOWs, quotations, and presentations
• Provide regular updates to management on project status and performance forecasts

• Russian – Native / Excellent level (Required)
• Hebrew – High level (Required)
• English – High level (spoken and written); ability to work daily with customers, deliver presentations, and write technical/business documents

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a tech/software company
• Strong technical background: proven experience working with development teams, familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum
• Strong business mindset: service-oriented and sales-driven approach, experience in account management or Pre-sale/Post-sale
• Strong writing skills: ability to write structured documents and requirements clearly
