We are growing our team and looking to hire our next marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing projects. This is an entry level position. You should have between 6 months to 2 years experience in a wide range of digital marketing functions, including content writing in English, branding, P.R., building social media profiles, and visual content generation (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop) and market research. The marketing coordinator must be an excellent writer in English who is also an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Our office is based in Ra’anana, Israel and we work hybrid (3 days a week MUST be worked from our office).

Skills Required:

• Highly professional article and blogpost writing in English
• Social media posts generation
• Prepare project activity reports and metrics for different stakeholders
• Experience with at least one of the design tools: Canva, InDesign, Adobe or Photoshop
• Ability to research diverse topics using AI tools (content writing must not use AI), combined with creative problem-solving and independent thinking.
• Ensure that all tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Work independently
• Communicate project objectives, timelines, and deliverables to team-members and management
• Continually seek new sources of social media engagement and provide marketing recommendations to managers
• SEO skills – a bonus (or we can teach you)

Summary of Ideal Candidate:

• Some basic experience in marketing coordination or similar role
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media content generation, and social media management
• Excellent English written communication and presentation skills
• English mother-tongue
• Content writing, P.R., or branding basic experience
