Now we’re looking for the right leader to turn that data into real business leverage.

This is not a classic “Head of Data” role.

It’s a step-up opportunity for someone who wants to grow into broader business leadership - through data.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Zap’s data and analytics function as a true business partner
• Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and leadership team on core strategic and commercial decisions
• Build analytical frameworks that answer real business questions (not dashboards for decoration)
• Identify where AI and advanced analytics can create meaningful commercial impact - and lead those initiatives
• Define KPIs, measure impact, and help turn insights into action
• Help shape how the data and analytics capability evolves over time - tools, focus, and ways of working

Who we’re looking for:

• 4–7+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Business Analysis roles
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a clear business mindset
• Experience working with large-scale data and translating it into insights that drive decisions
• Comfortable being close to numbers, trade-offs, and outcomes
• Ambitious, curious, and eager to grow into a broader leadership role
• You don’t need to have “done it all already.”
• You do need to be sharp, proactive, and ready to take ownership.
