Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Payable / Supplier Accountant to join our Finance team. You will manage supplier accounts, ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments, and support the hotel’s financial operations, particularly during the pre-opening phase. This role requires excellent organization, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, review, and record supplier invoices according to purchase orders and agreements.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
• Prepare payments to suppliers according to credit terms and company policies.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and conduct follow-ups as needed.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in setting up financial processes, standards, and order during hotel pre-opening.
• Bank reconciliations in local currency and foreign currency.
• Credit card reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable / bookkeeping.
• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 1 + 2; Level 3 is an advantage).
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
