Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically minded Technical Project Manager (TPM) to coordinate cross-functional development efforts across frontend, backend, and infrastructure teams. This role works closely with the CTO to ensure continuous delivery (CI/CD), roadmap execution, and seamless communication between product, development, and QA teams. The TPM acts as the bridge between technical teams and product management, ensuring that tasks, releases, and milestones are executed efficiently and transparently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all ongoing development projects across frontend, backend, and admin/back office systems.

• Support the CTO by organizing tasks, sprint boards, and timelines for the entire development lifecycle.

• Manage Agile sprints — run stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring proper documentation and visibility.

• Facilitate cross-functional communication between product managers, developers, QA, and external providers.

• Ensure proper CI/CD workflow execution and release management between staging and production environments.

• Assist with prioritization of development tasks and handle ticket creation and tracking in Jira or Monday.

• Translate product goals and requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables.

• Monitor roadmap milestones and report progress, blockers, and dependencies to leadership.

• Oversee QA validation and coordinate with teams to ensure timely and quality releases.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Delivery Manager in software development.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and version control (Git).

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Monday, or similar project management tools.

• Ability to communicate effectively between product and technical stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of backend, frontend, and infrastructure lifecycles.

• Familiarity with iGaming platforms, integrations, or data-driven environments is a strong plus.

• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Background in software development or QA.

• Experience managing multi-brand or large-scale technical platforms.

• Understanding of API integrations, BI tools, and automation workflows.

• Comfortable managing third-party communication and follow-ups on technical issues.
