A fast-growing Deep Tech startup is looking for a senior Software Applications Leader to take a central, strategic, and hands-on role in developing complex, cutting-edge technology.
This is a key leadership position with end-to-end ownership of the software domain, working at the intersection of architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and application development.
Key Responsibilities
🔸 Lead the overall software architecture of the system
🔸 Own DevOps, infrastructure, databases, and application development
🔸 Make key architectural decisions with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
🔸 Lead and manage software development teams
🔸 Work closely with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
Requirements
🔸 15+ years of experience in software development across multiple domains
🔸 10+ years of experience in server-based software architecture, with a strong emphasis on scalability
🔸 10+ years of experience leading and managing software teams
🔸 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
🔸 Strong system-level thinking and ability to work with complex systems
🔸 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
