🚀 We’re Hiring: Strategic Partners Manager | Software & Licensing | Hybrid

A leading company in the software & software licensing space is looking for a Strategic Partners Manager to lead and grow its partner ecosystem.

This is a key role combining business development, partner management, and end-to-end enablement — supporting partners throughout the full sales cycle and driving measurable revenue impact. The position also includes direct management of a BDR team.

📍 Full-time | Hybrid

• Own and manage the company’s partner/channel program end-to-end
• Lead partners through the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure
• Provide partners with commercial, technical and sales support to help them hit targets
• Identify, recruit, onboard and train new strategic partners to expand the ecosystem
• Deliver partner enablement sessions, trainings and ongoing support
• Build and strengthen strategic collaborations in the market
• Manage partner agreements, contracts and certification processes
• Create partner work plans, incentive models and compensation structures
• Work closely with internal stakeholders: Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations
• Manage a team of BDRs and drive business development targets

• Proven experience in B2B sales (must)
• Strong experience in recruiting, managing and motivating partners/channels (must)
• Experience working directly with executives and senior stakeholders (must)
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex commercial discussions
• Bachelor’s degree (Business / Information Systems / CS / Marketing / Economics / Communications or similar)
• Strong business mindset with a tech-oriented approach
• High level of English (written & spoken)
