MediaFuse is changing how press release distribution is done on the internet. We move beyond "vanity PR" to deliver guaranteed distribution on the homepages of the world’s most influential niche publications. We serve global B2B leaders, including Logitech-G, Binance, and SAP. Successfully bootstrapped and profitable for 5+ years, we are now ready to scale drastically in 2026. We are looking for a B2B-focused Systems Architect to take ownership of our revenue-generating machinery.
What you’ll do:
You are the primary execution partner to the CMO. While the CMO provides the vision and core narrative, you own the pipeline velocity. You will manage external specialists and use AI as a force-multiplier to ensure every dollar of our six-figure monthly ad spend is attributable, and every stage of the funnel is optimized.
- B2B Paid Media & Performance: Direct management and scaling of high-volume budgets across Google Search, LinkedIn, and Meta. You will own the attribution model, manage specialist PPC agencies, and transition accounts from CPA targets to Value-Based Bidding (VBB).
- Scale Cold Outreach & Lead Logic: Own the strategy for our high-volume outbound engine. We currently achieve a 7% reply rate at a volume of 2,500 emails/month; your goal is to scale this volume significantly while maintaining elite B2B quality.
- AI-Assisted Production & Agency Management: Leverage Google AI Studio and Nano Banana to rapidly prototype web pages and display ads. You will also direct our creative agency for high-complexity assets like video and motion graphics.
- Funnel Engineering & CRO: Own conversion rate (CR) measurement across every campaign and brand. Identify drop-off points in the B2B journey and deploy modular landing page updates or behavioral triggers (nurture/recovery) to solve specific conversion friction.
- Data & Revenue Intelligence: Oversee the health of the engine via GA4 and GTM. Audit automated data pipelines and filtering parameters to ensure only high-fidelity B2B prospects enter our funnels.
Requirements:
- B2B Mastery: Advanced experience in Google Ads (Offline Conversions), LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Analytics: Expert-level GA4, GTM, and technical attribution modeling.
- AI Ops: Hands-on proficiency with Google AI Studio and Nano Banana.
- Stack: Strong B2B CRM logic (HubSpot preferred) and experience with outbound sequencing software (Apollo, Overloop, etc.) at scale.
- CRO: Ability to diagnose and fix conversion friction using data (Hotjar, Clarity).
